How are You Doing in Your Leadership?
October 18th, 2012
by Bill Boyajian

On October 8th I gave a day-long presentation for the Experienced Leaders Program of the Swarovski Leadership Academy in Zurich, Switzerland. 14 top Swarovski directors from around the world attended the program.

Swarovski is an impressive company, still privately held within the family, with total revenue into 10 figures. What may be most impressive is the fact that they are committed to developing leaders from within the company. The mastermind behind the Leadership Academy is Alexander Rehm, himself a long-time veteran of Swarovski, who knows better than most the desperate need for leadership in the corporate world today.

So how are you doing with your leadership? Could you use a tune-up or maybe a new vision of how to take your business, department, or team to a new level?

Leadership is the most important aspect of any company. Leadership, in large part, determines success or failure. Be committed to it. You’ll see the difference.

“I needed help orchestrating a succession plan for our business. I had heard that Bill Boyajian specialized in assisting owners to transition their business to the next generation. He knows how to bridge the generation gap and deliver what each needs to hear. I would recommend Bill to any business owner who needs advice on succession planning from a trusted outside professional.”

"Our family needed some guidance on business transition and succession planning. We asked Bill Boyajian to help us because we knew we could trust him to tell us what we needed to hear. Bill became a valuable resource for our company and our entire family. He has the ability to meet each of us where we’re at and it has served us very well."

“We needed a plan to transition our business to a non-family member and we asked Bill Boyajian to help us. His experience in the area has really paid off, but we didn’t expect the added value of putting us together with a financial planner who helped organize our retirement needs. We now have the fundamentals to transition our business successfully, and we have Bill to thank for it.”
