People want us to care. And they want us to demonstrate it by what we do, not by what we say. When we give people our undivided attention, they soak it up. In some respects, our time gets multiplied by giving it away. Giving time to people shows we really care because we only have so much of it. When we give our time to people, we give them a portion of our life that we’ll never get back. If you’re like me, you cherish your time. It’s all you’ve got in this life and it keeps passing away. So don’t just pass time. Use it to help, train, and encourage others. The benefit comes back to you in myriad ways. Tick, tick, tick. Time is passing quickly, so give it away.
