December Newsletter December 3rd, 2012 by Bill Boyajian |
It’s December, and if you’re in the retail jewelry business, you have three weeks to make your year. Here are three things you need to do….. 1. Call your best customers if you haven’t already and tell them you have a great solution for their holiday gift-giving challenge. Then, get them into the store. 2. Get “up” every morning and adjust your attitude to sell, sell, sell. All hands on deck. If you’re an owner or manager, get your people motivated every day! 3. Keep hydrated and eat regularly. You need energy because of your long hours of work this month. And get as much sleep as you can. You will need your rest to be your best. The objective of a first dating experience isn’t matrimony. It’s an opportunity to get to know that person, to learn what makes her tick, and to see if there is a greater interest than the first spark that led to asking the person out… For many people, December is a time for family and friends. It’s a time for reflecting and appreciating the wonders and beauty of life. But it may also be a time for thinking and planning for the new year… Are You a Leader? Don’t Answer Until You Read This….. The best leaders see the future and balance it with reality. They know how to employ skills and develop resources to get things done. They know how to… Did you know…. “I needed help orchestrating a succession plan for our business. I had heard that Bill Boyajian specialized in assisting owners to transition their business to the next generation. He knows how to bridge the generation gap and deliver what each needs to hear. I would recommend Bill to any business owner who needs advice on succession planning from a trusted outside professional.”

"Our family needed some guidance on business transition and succession planning. We asked Bill Boyajian to help us because we knew we could trust him to tell us what we needed to hear. Bill became a valuable resource for our company and our entire family. He has the ability to meet each of us where we’re at and it has served us very well."

“We needed a plan to transition our business to a non-family member and we asked Bill Boyajian to help us. His experience in the area has really paid off, but we didn’t expect the added value of putting us together with a financial planner who helped organize our retirement needs. We now have the fundamentals to transition our business successfully, and we have Bill to thank for it.”
