Nature’s Miracle July 15th, 2020 by Bill Boyajian |
Rabbits forage on the hillside, and occasionally get into my garden. I do what I can to keep them out. Birds of many varieties hop through my vegetables hunting for bugs. I delight in that. Coyotes jump our fence to chase down rabbits with some success. They leave their tracks behind and make me worry for our small dog. He can’t go out at night alone. The big owl in our huge pine tree leaves his mark, too. Feathers from the rabbit he ate the night before or the duck leg he left in the driveway are signs of his activity. Ducks? Oh, yes. The golf course nearby draws migratory birds, some of which land in our pool, thinking it’s a pond to swim in. Unfortunately, they leave their tracks, too. Crows hunt and peck for worms on our grass, especially after a rain or when the sprinklers turn off. Stale bread crumbs we set outside are inspected carefully before being snatched and eaten a good distance away. Blue sky sifts through the tree branches on the hillside, making a green and blue scene so evident of nature. And the sun peaks over the horizon casting its rays like a stairway to heaven. I’ve been taking note of nature recently. My pace has slowed. That’s been a good thing in the midst of everything else. It’s a pace I’m going to try to keep. “I needed help orchestrating a succession plan for our business. I had heard that Bill Boyajian specialized in assisting owners to transition their business to the next generation. He knows how to bridge the generation gap and deliver what each needs to hear. I would recommend Bill to any business owner who needs advice on succession planning from a trusted outside professional.”

"Our family needed some guidance on business transition and succession planning. We asked Bill Boyajian to help us because we knew we could trust him to tell us what we needed to hear. Bill became a valuable resource for our company and our entire family. He has the ability to meet each of us where we’re at and it has served us very well."

“We needed a plan to transition our business to a non-family member and we asked Bill Boyajian to help us. His experience in the area has really paid off, but we didn’t expect the added value of putting us together with a financial planner who helped organize our retirement needs. We now have the fundamentals to transition our business successfully, and we have Bill to thank for it.”
