What is a Friend?

A friend has your back when you are in need.
A friend is grateful that he has you as a friend.
A friend shows empathy in heartache and sorrow.
A friend is there to pick you up when you are down.
A friend cares at all times and is always there for you.
A friend visits you in the hospital when you are in crisis.
A friend is a friend despite the miles that may separate you.
A friend defends you when you occasionally need defending.
A friend still likes you even though he knows everything about you.
A friend is there when you mentally or physically can’t do what you need to do.
Be a friend today.

Here are a few Business & Life Tips to think about….

Business Tips:

  • Don’t be too proud to secure help when you really need it. Everyone needs a mentor to provide advice and counsel.
  • Listen to your customers, respect them, and become their trusted advisor. Your business over an accumulation of years will compound like interest.
  • Create an environment at work where everyone listens, is involved, and is appreciated. Employees who know that you care will give 110%.

Life Tips:

  • Time is your most precious asset in life. Use it to explore new horizons, discover your passion, and share great moments with friends.
  • Practicing gratefulness helps us to be more mindful and thoughtful about what we have, rather than what we may be lacking.
  • If you really want to be successful, stay positive, embrace your faith, and recognize that there are always ups and downs in life.

“I needed help orchestrating a succession plan for our business. I had heard that Bill Boyajian specialized in assisting owners to transition their business to the next generation. He knows how to bridge the generation gap and deliver what each needs to hear. I would recommend Bill to any business owner who needs advice on succession planning from a trusted outside professional.”

"Our family needed some guidance on business transition and succession planning. We asked Bill Boyajian to help us because we knew we could trust him to tell us what we needed to hear. Bill became a valuable resource for our company and our entire family. He has the ability to meet each of us where we’re at and it has served us very well."

“We needed a plan to transition our business to a non-family member and we asked Bill Boyajian to help us. His experience in the area has really paid off, but we didn’t expect the added value of putting us together with a financial planner who helped organize our retirement needs. We now have the fundamentals to transition our business successfully, and we have Bill to thank for it.”
