Thoughts to Make You Think

Every once in a while you might want to remind yourself of some basic truths. Here are some to think about:

  • The term “misery loves company” became universal because miserable people love to make others just as miserable.
  • Arguing a point to death may make you feel right, but it certainly won’t make you successful with people.
  • Instead of offering unsolicited advice, try offering an unexpected compliment. You’ll look better and at the same time make someone feel good.
  • Brands tend to stand out from the crowd, so if you want to brand something, try branding yourself.
  • When confronted with a decision to make on a donation to your favorite charity, pick the highest figure that comes to your mind.
  • Vitality is a choice based on what a person is, not on just what she wants to be.
  • Be on time because you don’t want to be the same kind of person who shows their selfishness by being late.
  • If you start your morning with a dose of gratitude and reflection, the positive mindset that results from it will dominate your day.
  • Exercising tough love when someone needs it is more honest than avoiding the issue entirely.

Here are a few Business & Life Tips to think about…..

Business Tips:

  • Word of mouth creates half of the sales of most any business, but costs little more than a quality product and good service.
  • Eliminating debt as fast as you can is one of the wisest things you can do. Debt can cripple you, whereas cash can unleash you.
  • Try to make money while you’re sleeping by developing business that generates income 24/7. Waking up will be more fun!

Life Tips:

  •  Success can be dangerous because it can lull us into complacency. Failure can be a great teacher, even success, if we learn from it.
  • Heartfelt giving is food for the soul. When you give from the heart, it feeds nourishment to your heart in very real ways.
  • Working hard is also working smart. Just don’t overdue it. Few true successes occur without hard work at some point in the process.

“I needed help orchestrating a succession plan for our business. I had heard that Bill Boyajian specialized in assisting owners to transition their business to the next generation. He knows how to bridge the generation gap and deliver what each needs to hear. I would recommend Bill to any business owner who needs advice on succession planning from a trusted outside professional.”

"Our family needed some guidance on business transition and succession planning. We asked Bill Boyajian to help us because we knew we could trust him to tell us what we needed to hear. Bill became a valuable resource for our company and our entire family. He has the ability to meet each of us where we’re at and it has served us very well."

“We needed a plan to transition our business to a non-family member and we asked Bill Boyajian to help us. His experience in the area has really paid off, but we didn’t expect the added value of putting us together with a financial planner who helped organize our retirement needs. We now have the fundamentals to transition our business successfully, and we have Bill to thank for it.”
