What Will You Do With Your Time This Year?
January 5th, 2012
by Bill Boyajian

Author Jon Walker said this about time:

“We manage time; we waste time. We spend time; we save time. We wish the time would come; we wish the time would pass. We see time fly; we feel time drag. We watch clocks and carry calendars, creating the illusion that we somehow control time, yet all the while moments flow forward like a mighty river that cannot be stopped, harnessed, or re-routed.”

Time is one of the elusive realities of life. We only have so much of it. And we choose how we use it.

How you use your time this year will demonstrate what is important to you in life. Will you use your time to broaden your education, establish a new business, and extend your reach to long lost friends or relatives? Or will you waste time in any number of habits that don’t allow you to redeem the precious time you have here on earth?

How you use your time will be evidence of your motivations, generosity, and thoughtfulness. It could also be indicative of your senselessness about time, of how truly valuable it is.

Give thought today to time. How you decide to use your time could be the single most important decision you make this year. After all, we each have 366 days and 8,784 hours in 2012.

Be wise with your time!

“I needed help orchestrating a succession plan for our business. I had heard that Bill Boyajian specialized in assisting owners to transition their business to the next generation. He knows how to bridge the generation gap and deliver what each needs to hear. I would recommend Bill to any business owner who needs advice on succession planning from a trusted outside professional.”

"Our family needed some guidance on business transition and succession planning. We asked Bill Boyajian to help us because we knew we could trust him to tell us what we needed to hear. Bill became a valuable resource for our company and our entire family. He has the ability to meet each of us where we’re at and it has served us very well."

“We needed a plan to transition our business to a non-family member and we asked Bill Boyajian to help us. His experience in the area has really paid off, but we didn’t expect the added value of putting us together with a financial planner who helped organize our retirement needs. We now have the fundamentals to transition our business successfully, and we have Bill to thank for it.”
